COS to speak at CI event

Cambridge, November 4th 2009

Cambridge Open Systems is pleased to announce that it will be speaking at the Consultation Institutes event "Technologies for Participation 2009: The Pace Quickens!".

On the 11th of November in Manchester the institute is bringing the public and private sectors together to discuss why and how web based technologies should be used to carry out public engagement exercises. With a focus on participation, the event will cover many aspects of this important subject from social networking to online petitions.

Cambridge Open Systems' services allows its clients to both engage with their constituents through it's dotCommunity service, and carry out consultations using it's consultation software, dotConsult. As a result they are uniquely placed to be able to discuss the broader subject of technologies for participation.

As part of our talk we will be explaining why Cambridge Open System's complete package of both engagement and consultation allows for a different route to reaching the people you need to hear from, as well as offering the most intuitive end user experience.
