Creating a Site

Creating a website with dotCommunity is designed to be simple.

When creating a website be aware that to maintain the high quality of the service, your application for a site must be approved by an administrator. This does not usually take very long.

Creating a community website is a three step process:

  1. Registering as a user with the service.
  2. Filling out the online application form.
  3. Waiting for your application approval email and accessing your new site.

If you are already a registered user then you do not need to re-register and can skip straight to step two.
